I need your help!
I am in the market for a DSLR.
I don’t want to pay a fortune, but this camera has to make me happy for a l-o-n-n-g-g time.
So….
Nikon D3000?
Canon Rebel T2i?
Olympus something or other?
What makes you happy about your camera?
For me, great prints are the deal breaker; I don’t care about video.

ReplyDeleteI just bought the most generic version of a Canon Rebel. It came with an additional lense. I love it. I'm still shooting on auto mode, but the pictures are so clear and so real.
While I was shopping, I asked two of my photographer friends and they agreed that Canon or Nikon are the best bets. One highly dislikes Sony and Pentax. And they both said that the kit lens is pretty worthless... if you can afford a better lens, then get it (this is not my opinion as I haven't even opened my other lens).
Good luck! I saved for months for mine and sometimes I cradle it like a baby because I love it so much ;).
I love, love, love my Nikon D5000. I can't wait to see what you get...as it is your photos are already pretty amazing!!!
